Remember No More

Hebrews 8: 10-12
"This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord.
I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’
because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest. For I will forgive their  wickedness and will remember their sins no more.”

I might forgive, but I'll never forget.

I might forgive, but I'll never forget.

How do we forgive?
1. We don’t.
2. Just-In-Case forgiveness
3. Back to square one

How does God forgive?
1. Perfectly
...For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more.

Romans 5:6-10
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very
rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might  possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were  reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
